Blackberry Hold Up
While the iPhone and Android phones are quickly taking over the smart phone market, there are still a handful of Blackberry owners that are holding out, staying dedicated to their original handset. Those who haven’t yet made the switch from a Blackberry are most likely highly anticipating the coming of the newest smartphone from Research in Motion, the Blackberry 9900. Originally scheduled for a “Summer 2011” release, RIM has just announced that it will be pushing the release date to sometime more around September. Notorious for not meeting their projected release times, RIM has said that they are making an effort to finish production on the 9900’s as soon as possible, but promises that this will be the best and most advanced smartphone they have ever made. In addition to the 9900, RIM is also dealing with the release of its newest Blackberry 7.5 operating system, which could be resulting in the delay of their new 9900 device.
