These feathers are actually rooster tails attached with metal clips and have been seen amongst celebrities such as Miley Cyrus, Ke$ha, Selena Gomez, and even Hilary Duff. These feathers are such a nice idea if you’re looking for a little bit of flair or excitement with your hair without actually dying it a different color.
