DJ Mehdi, a world famous DJ and music producer from France passed away yesterday. No one knows exactly how it happened, various reports claim that he fell off a roof or was standing on a mezzanine that collapsed. The 34 year old who had previously worked with Daft Punk and Chromeo produced bangers like Signature and collaborated with Chromeo to produce I Am Somebody. Chromeo tweeted earlier today, “We lost our brother. No Words.” Hip-hop beat producer and rapper, Drake, tweeted earlier today, “Damn…RIP MEHDI.” 3 other friends of the group were sent to the hospital, but Mehdi was the only one who passed away.
