bangstyle.com Three Musketeers Mila Jovovich entertainment Jovovich Fumes Over Three Musketeers Marketing

Mila Jovovich doesn’t mince words as she calls out Summit Entertainment on Twitter. The company, who are supposedly promoting her new film The Three Musketeers, apparently isn’t meeting Ms. Jovovich’s standards when it comes to marketing in the U.S.

“Are ‘Summit’ promoting it as a family adventure movie? Or are they resting on their laurels from “Twilight” n making no effort? Let me know!” the famous model-turned-actress tweeted while en route to the Tokyo International Film Festival where Three Musketeers is the opening film. Later Mila went on, writing to her Twitter followers and voicing her opinion on Summit’s efforts  “I think ‘summit’ [sic]hve swept ‘3 Musketeers’, a [sic]grt family adventure film, under the rug in the US. Shame on them. SHAME ON YOU ‘SUMMIT.’”

Hmm…well, Summit has garnered recognition for the Twilight saga, but the production company is also responsible for blockbuster and six-time Oscar winner “The Hurt Locker” amongst other recognizable titles. In this case, Summit is ‘Musketeers sole distributor in the U.S.

Mila Jovovich’s character, Milady de Winter a.k.a Charlotte Backson, is the film’s female antagonist who manipulates the Duke of Duckingham (played by Actor Orlando Bloom)  using her womanly charms.
