With collaborations like this, we’re used to actors and musicians being behind the scenes, never would we have thought a director was behind this. With Sofia Coppola’s effortless, chic style, she was a definite shoe-in, especially since she’s already done work with Louis Vuitton before. Coppola for Vuitton’s collection has a distinct, vintage theme, harking back to the 60s and 70s era. We love the short tunic-cut dresses, navy print pajama pants, high-waisted leather-and-wool quilted skirts, and straight ankle-length pants that all look as if they were pulled out of the director’s own closet. What do you guys think of the collection? Personally I love how cohesive it is; with over 30 complete looks, you are given plenty of options. All in all, props to Sofia Coppola, not only does she have style, she’s got talent.
