Arizona Man Arrested After Sending Nude Photos Of Girlfriend’s Daughter

Eugene Foster, a 31- year old Arizona man was arrested after trying to teach his girlfriend’s daughter a lesson on the dangers of sexting after sending a nude photo of the teenager to thirty-eight contacts listed in her phone.
After Foster found a nude photograph on the girls phone, he became angry and according to Elias Johnson of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, “They got into a fight and during that discussion, the boyfriend decides ‘I’m going to teach you a lesson I’m going to send this out to 30 plus contacts on her phone’, and that’s what he did.”
According to Dana Hawman, the Florence Unified School District director of public relations, authorities are uncertain of which students received the text. She expresses, “We do not know who all of those contacts were, and cannot assume that they were restricted to any one school or grade level. In fact, we believe some of these contacts were parents.”
Although the school is asking students to delete the photo, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office says that people should not delete the photo and instead should immediately contact the department at (800) 420-8689.
Foster is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. Currently, he remains in Pinal County Jail with his bail set at $250,000.
