CNN Producer Wins $1 Million Lottery 3 Months After Winning $100K

Some people have all the luck. Things are going pretty well for CNN News producer Jennifer Hauser. For a woman who spends most of her days working on news stories, it must be a welcomed change for her to be making the news herself.
Hauser scratched her way to $1 Million playing the Georgia Lottery instant game 50X The Money. You would think that this would be enough good luck to last a lifetime, but this is not the first time that Hauser has won big in recent months. This win occurred just three months after she won $100,000 playing a different game, Georgia Lottery Black.
“I was a little numb,” Hauser said of the prize which she claimed on Monday. “I didn’t know what to think.”
Hauser used her old winnings to buy a new car and pay bills, and now she says that she may use some of her new prize to buy a new car for her mother.
While this seems like unusually good luck, this is not the first time a double lottery win has happened.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, On February 8, Erik Holmes, 44, claimed a $500,000 lottery prize, less than a year after he won $104,000.
