New Edible Cookbook Bakes into Yummy Lasagna

Here’s a novel idea: what if you could literally cook your cookbook? I mean skip the step-by-step directions and just put the whole thing in the oven. Thanks to the genius minds of employees at the German firm KOREFE, you can now have your cookbook and eat it too.
The Real Cookbook or Das Echte und Einzige Kochbuch is the first cookbook you can read, cook, and eat. It is made with real pasta and fresh ingredients. A guide to making the dish is subtly etched into the noodle sheets.
The concept and packaging is the brainchild of KOREFE, a company that specializes in corporate design, corporate publishing, packaging and product development. It is one of Germany’s most highly awarded agencies, and we have an idea why. Beyond this clever edible book, they have an extensive list of praise-worthy packaging designs for impressive companies including Lego, Google, and YouTube.
KOREFE was commissioned by the Gerstenberg Publishing House, which published this unique book as a special edition. The house is known for high-quality art and culinary books.
Not only does the finished result look delicious, it looks like Korefe has done most of the work for you. Italian cuisine is loved internationally, and this is a clever way to spread the joy of cooking. We’ll take ten!
Next up, The Real Cookbook: Sushi Edition. A girl can dream.
