Darlene is a Los Angeles based nail technician and nail artist. Specializing in unique nail art, she likes to think of herself as an artist painting on miniature canvases. You can spot her work on clients all across Los Angeles. Her passion for nails started early when at age 12 her mom agreed to a manicure under one condition: she would have to win her heat in a very competitive swimming race. Looking back, she feels it was meant to be. She won the race, and nails soon became central to Darlene’s life. All throughout high school, she experimented with different themed nail designs for her friends and established a loyal following. After earning her undergraduate degree in business law, Darlene returned to nail school where she obtained her manicuring license. She feels blessed to be pursuing her childhood dream and is thankful each and every day to be doing what she loves most. When she’s not painting, Darlene likes to cook, explore new restaurants, yoga, and most importantly spend time with her friends and family. Want to know more about what she does?
