Designer Alberta Ferretti exudes texture, patterns, and adornment in her garments. This season, with a nod to 70's nostalgia Guido Palau, Redken Global Creative Director, created an effortless chic half up-style to match her feminine flair. “I’m taking sections of hair and clipping it back to create a romantic, simple 70’s look. The clothes are very romantic and beautiful, as are the models, so the hair just needed a little edge. I wanted to dampen the hair to create a ‘caught-in-the-moment’ look, which adds a bit of sensuality. Individuality has been an overall theme this season. I helped achieve that sense by using my fingers to pull the hair back, making it look natural and unique on each model. I misted One United 25 onto the hair to create dampness and prevent fly-aways. This product has 25 benefits, which adds protection and shine to help enhance the health and quality of the hair.” – Guido

1. Wash and dry hair with Redken’s NEW! Beach Envy Volume Shampoo and Conditioner to enhance hair's natural texture. [To create the texture you want, learn more about Beach Envy, here!]

2. Create a messy middle part using fingers. Apply Redken One United 25 All-In-One Multi-Benefit Treatment to damp hair. Let hair air dry naturally.

3. Pin hair back on either side of face, joining the two sections from both sides in the middle of the back of the head. Secure with two pins, ensuring the hair softly touches the tops of the ears.

4. Lightly mist Redken One United 25 All-In-One Multi-Benefit Treatment onto crown and hairline to encourage hair to delicately cling to random areas around the face.
