Redken was the Official hair partner at the first-ever Toronto Women’s Fashion Week this past year. As we swooned over styles and feminine flair of the clothes, there were also many hairstyles that caught our eye. At the David Dixon collaboration with PICADILLY, he showcased a structured girlish style with bright pops of classic color juxtaposed with a neutral, ethereal palette. A mix of tailored jackets, pencil skirts and free flowing blouses – it was the epitome of sophistication. When it came to the hair, Jorge Joao created a slick, sheen look to accentuate the show. Follow along below to see the steps!
GET THE LOOK:
- Prep hair by spraying Redken Guts 10 from the roots to mid shaft
- Directionally blow dry hair towards the back of the head and create a left side part
- Spray Redken Iron Shape 11 heat protecting spray to the ends and flat iron
- Finish by spraying Redken Triple Take 32 at the top of the head for hold and shine, then rake back hair with fingers to detail
#HOTTIP: Sleek and shiny hair never goes out of style
