“I wanted to work with the bright colors, volume and shapes you’ll see featured throughout the Spring/Summer 2020 collection. With this in mind, I kept the hair simple and worked with the natural texture, really just to let everyone be themselves and embrace their natural beauty!’ Says Cutler Hair Lead Emily Heser. “We have a couple of different hair looks and hair accessories featured throughout the presentation, but the main look is a really soft low bun that rests below the hairline with lots of shine and ethereal fly-aways. The second look is all about working with natural texture and letting the curls shine.” She added.

GET THE LOOK – A LOW KNOT:
Step 1: Curl hair using a 2” iron, creating a “s-shaped” wave pattern by holding the iron vertically and clamping in alternate directions, going all the way down.
Step 2: Once hair has cooled, spritz Redken Triple Dry 15 throughout the top section and front pieces for some extra volume.
Step 3: Pull the hair into a soft knot that rests on the nape of the neck. Secure with an elastic.
Step 4: Finish by misting with NEW! Redken Triple Pure 32 hairspray for a high-hold finish with no crunch.
GET THE LOOK – NATURAL CURLS:
Step 2: Prep wet hair with Redken Frizz Dismiss Rebel Tame, mixed with a little water, to define the natural curl pattern.
Step 3: Go through section-by-section, starting on the top of the head, and twist the curls to add definition and piecey-ness before diffusing. Allow hair to dry.
Step 4: Leave as-is or style by sectioning the hair into a half-up, half-down pony tail, securing with bobby pins.
Step 5: If needed, add a few spritzes of the NEW! Redken Triple Pure 32 hairspray to hold the look.
