19abb203c6d196265ac2 dolcegabbana secret show

Eveningwear ran the runway at Dolce & Gabbana’s secret show in Milan and although they did as best as they could to keep it under wraps, in classic social fashion, all of Milan found out. Regardless of the secrecy, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana put on a fabulous millennial-themed show, with sons and daughters of some of our favorite celebs.

While the looks were classic Dolce & Gabbana, frills of fabric, floral appliques, and layers of sheer upon sheer, the hair mimicked the feel of the show. Romantic headpieces were placed upon undone done hair as accessories dominated. “We’re at Dolce & Gabbana and we’re doing a ‘no blow dry’ blow dry look – a very natural feeling to the hair,” said Redken Global Creative Director Guido Palau. “Some girls’ hair is up, some girls’ hair is down. We’re using lots of hair accessories so it’s very Dolce & Gabbana – feminine, pretty, and light.”

Whether you saw the show on social or heard about it the next day, find out how to get the looks we all loved.

GET THE LOOK:

  1. Wash hair with Redken Diamond Oil Glow Dry Gloss Shampoo and Conditioner.

  2. While hair is damp, add Redken No Blow Dry and allow hair to air dry.

  3. Enhance nature texture with a small barrel curling iron for more bend in the hair.

  4. Create two small sections of hair starting from the temples and braid back into the under layer of
hair. Use braids as a base to secure headpiece with pins.
