As fashion and beauty trends take a page from the 90s, we’ve seen renditions of past styles with new flavor. This season in London, label.m kicked things up a notch with their creative use of braids to create feelings from feminism to punk rock vibes. Using a few key tools and products, they transformed models at a plethora of shows to create these diverse looks. Take a peek below at some of our favorite styles that will inspire this season’s looks!

Baby Braids

The Francesco Rasola show was the ultimate study in 90s street style. High socks, sneaks and tutu’s graced the catwalk alongside slick scalp braids perfectly pressed baby hairs.

90s Inspired

Breaking the mold, Hellava Girl’s SS18 show at London Fashion Week was all a beautiful display of guilty pleasures, blurred gender lines and some of the most rock star hair we’ve ever seen. Label.m created a fantastic look – equipped with multiple braids and all the volume one could ever wish for.

Ribbon Braids

1940s and 50s cruise style was the inspiration for the Tata Naka SS18 show. Equipped with muted mod colors and feminine silhouettes brought about a nostalgic feel for the collection. To keep up with this fun femininity, label.m created a ribbon braid, completely complementing the overall vibe.
