Serena has been working as a stylist for the last 19 years. After her initial cosmetology training, she studied at the Graham Webb Academy in Arlington, Virginia, and took every Masters class the Aveda Institute in Boston offered. Meanwhile, she's been raising four strong daughters, worked as freelance makeup artist for Stila in Chicago, has been on The Today Show twice, appeared in a Martina McBride music video, lived in six different states, earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, read the Prescription for Nutritional Healing reference manual, practices yoga, and brews kombucha. Last Summer, her husband, Justin, fulfilled her lifelong dream by taking her to see Aerosmith in concert. Her white Boxers, Nigel and Oscar, are the reason they don't have nice furniture.
