Cole was an instructor at Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty for a year. Worked at Lucky Seven barbers. Cole has worked at Northwest Hair Academy A Paul Mitchell Partner School from 2004-2014. In that time he has held such positions, Learning Leader, Graphic Deigner, Instructor Trainer, School Director and Curriculum Leader. Cole has a passion for education and has helped design curriculum for Northwest Hair Academy's Cosmetology course as well as the Instructor Training course. He also desined a 300 page workbook for Northwest Hair Academy. He has helped facilitate team building activities, staff trainings and teaches motivational classes. He has done freelance work for Kendall Lauren Photography. Cole is currently a stylist at VannEdge salon in Seattle.
