Spent 6 years working for a supercity worked my way up to managing a brand new store in the heart of down town. That's when I got discouraged I was miserable the company discounted my prices down to only $5 a hair cut Manning it impossible for me to number one feel good about my stuff and my work and number to have a successful store hitting the high demands of corporate was pretty impossible bring the offices are slashed so low l finally I had enough. That's where I found my home a privately owned salon in a beach area in Norfolk VA. The owner is so supportive and is constantly sending us to classes and very team oriented something I never had in the corporate world. Here I found my fire and I've been ablaze ever since. I absolutely love my job I love the people I work with I love the new education relm that's opened up for stylist on Facebook and periscope. We use J Beverly Hills products in our salon and I absolutely love them as a whole they offer tons of education and have a real passion for their stylists. That is all. Xo
