I have built my career in this beautiful industry for the last 20 years. I have been lucky to work with Marinello Schools of Beauty for 4 years as a corporate educator. My team and I continued to build the curriculum to ensure our students would be current in trends. I enjoyed training the trainer from curriculum, new trends, product knowledge and best practices to ensure our students are successful.I had the oppertunity to teacher trainee program as well as helping with our launch of the blow dry bar. I did 90% of there filming and helped produce quarterly competitions. I was very lucky to be mentored by an amazing team. I am currently with Polished Perfect I am the manager of their first location in Costa mesa. I with my team of managers have created procedures and processes to help run the studio. I work close with our nail technology educator to enuser we are producing quality work for our guest. I have also built the education manual for the 2nd location which will have a full service salon. I have learned so much in the last 6 month and can't wait to see what's to come! I love my career and proud to be a cosmetologist.
