Kelly Osbourne Debuts a Fiery New Hair Color
Kelly Osbourne unveiled a brand new shade for the new season – fiery orange. As a celebrity and fashion icon, Kelly’s new color was an idea all her own, “Kelly came up with the idea of her fiery new color all on her own- she has an eye for all things fashion and we both knew this color would be brilliant on her,” said Celebrity Colorist Joshua Anderson of CURE Salon Malibu and the Jonathan Antin Salon.
