The Most Iconic Moments From Paris Fashion Week
There are no words to express the cloak of sadness that swept over fashion month as the news of Karl Lagerfeld’s passing came to light. A shock so riveting to the fashion world that only the enchantment of his vision could lift the clout. His final shows for Fendi and Chanel were exactly what his devoted following needed – so classic it was almost hard to watch. The rest of Paris Fashion Week was equally as moving. A prominent theme seen throughout designers both seasoned and new was that of sustainability, a movement Stella McCartney has been championing for years.

Elegance Is Abundant at Milan Fashion Week
Winter whites led the way at Milan Fashion Week this season, followed by shades of gray and suits of black. Elegance set stage as it usually does in Milan to show off its best fabrics and ornate features. Wednesday Addams hair made a big splash at Prada as pussy bows reigned supreme over more traditional versions. Echoes of Karl Lagerfeld's passing were felt at each show and especially at his final iterations at Fendi. As each catwalk withered, the notion of fashion as political seemed to grow stronger. When it came to the hair, there was a mix of 60s bouffant seen at Moschino with slick looks seen at Alberta Ferretti, Prada, and Max Mara. Beauty was clean with pops of color and styles we all over the map with a common thread of empowerment running through it all. Keep reading to see behind the scenes of some of our favorite shows!
