Getting the urge to do something drastic to your strands before summer kicks off? Your favorite A-listers are too—as evidenced by the fresh ‘dos they’ve been debuting on and off the red carpet. Check out the top celeb chops we’re loving at the moment.

Emilia Clarke’s super-short bob

Though “Game of Thrones” fanatics know Clarke’s alter ego Daenerys Targaryen for her mermaid-length locks, Clarke has been rocking a shorter lob for most of the year. But, the actress shocked fans even more when she debuted an ear-length bob during an appearance on “Good Morning America.” Though Clarke says the new ‘do is a result of some “burnt out mother of dragons split ends,” per her Instagram, we have to say the style looks on-trend and chic.

Selena Gomez’s shaved undercut

Gomez has been changing up her look a lot lately—from a dramatic platinum bob to an edgy set of bangs, the actress-slash-pop star isn’t afraid to experiment with bold styles. Case in point: The long braided look she debuted on Instagram. Though at first glance her long single braid looked sporty and playful, a closer look revealed the style’s edgier details: a shaved undercut. Luckily, according to Page Six, L.A.-based stylist Tim Dueñas, aka the style’s creator, shaved Gomez’s hair in a triangular shape to make the cut versatile and easy to hide. A saving grace, no doubt, as an undercut like that typically takes a year to grow out!

Mila Kunis’ choppy bangs

A fresh set of fringe gave Kunis’ signature raven-colored locks an edgy, ’90s, Mia Wallace in “Pulp Fiction” feel. Though bangs are definitely on trend for the season, we love that the actress opted for a little movement with her fringe, rather than a stick-straight, eyebrow-grazing style.

Ashley Graham’s blunt lob

If you think the lob is officially dead, think again. The supermodel made waves at the Met Gala after she swapped her long, bombshell tresses for a modern lob. Though the above-the-shoulder cut has been on trend for a couple of seasons now, the sleek, pin-straight finish and blunt ends give the style a cool, modern feel.
